The Lal House was originally built in 1890 and is a Historic Landmark home.  In the heart of the Downtown Sacramento Area, this neighborhood has been preserved and developed to maintain the integrity of the historic era in which the homes and buildings were built.

The home will be carefully restored , and is soon to be a gem in the Downtown Sacramento area.

Construction started in the fall of 2017. This home is expected to be completed in the spring of 2018.
